Fields

CycleAndSoak = 3: The watering phase of a cycle-and-soak program is reported active.
CycleAndSoakPause = 7: The cycle-and-soak program is still active, but reports its soaking pause.
Idle = 0: The reported irrigation program is idle.
Misting = 2: A misting program is reported active.
Normal = 1: Normal timed irrigation is reported active.
